My business paypal account is limited without any reason.

Hi,
I have a uk based limited company and for that I have opened a Paypal business account today with the valid information about myself and about my company. Without any reason and transaction my account is limited and I got the email (We're initiating closure of your PayPal account).
Is there any way to solve the issue?
