My bank statement say "PayPal howrev PayPal Howa " which I looked up and it means a charge back. This isn't shown in my PayPal account though and I have proof of the transfer of credits where a person bought something from me. I tried opening a case but since it doesn't show up in my PayPal account all I could do was report it as a billing issue and then describe what happened.

How could your bank account activity or statement show a chargeback. You were paid through PayPal, right? So even if the buyer filed a chargeback through their bank, PayPal would open a case for it in the resolution center of your PayPal account. Makes no sense.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I know it makes 0 sense lol. But like literally I looked up the exact thing the bank statement said and it stood for a charge back but that wasn't shown on my PayPal account.. Either way I called and got it resolved.
