If you didn’t get email that it is time to withdrawal after the 180 days, then there is some good reason (probably regulatory, court order or something legal related) for them to hold it longer.

Actions we may take:

Hold the balance in your PayPal account if reasonably needed to protect against the risk of liability to PayPal or a third party, or if you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy. The hold may remain in place longer than 180 days according to Court Orders, Regulatory Requirements or Other Legal Processes;”

Get a lawyer to contact PayPal. You can find legal dept address here.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Hello @Piseth365,

Thanks for visiting our community forum!

I do understand your concern about the funds in your PayPal account. Thanks for the help @sharpiemarker! If your account has been limited for over 180 days and you haven’t received an email to withdraw your balance, that would mean the balance cannot be withdrawn at this time. If this changes, you will receive an update via email.

Have a great day!

Bindu
