I go for weekly dyalisis (Kidney issues) and sell web hosting packages as my income source. I have used PayPal over 6 months as a payment method and rely on it fully for my weekly medical expenses I woke up 1 day and PayPal slapped me with a 180 days hold of funds. I couldn't get to hosiptal. I was depressed and my condition worsened. I sent messages on PayPal and they promised to review my case. I waited 6 days with automated same long responses I later got a message that it was an error and that they had to escalate the issue. I never heard from them I think it's just a way PayPal steals from its clients. The 180 days hold doesn't make any sense. Do they know buyers are also mischievous and refuse to solve disputes after getting shipments just to claim a refund and get the purchase as well (yet paypal will always be on the buyers side) In developing countries standards are still very low and buyers and sellers are not in good faith compared to other developed countries. PayPal does discriminate even in their lack for email support. How can a bank deny you direct customer support and rely on community based answers which are the same paypal users with same problem trying to answer each other's problems. How does that even work. They sit back and watch you bicker to endless threads of no solutions. To all paypal users. There are alot of options out there. All you have to do is try them out.
