My Paypal Account Was Hacked

My Paypal account was recently hacked and I can see a lot of chinese cards and strange phone numbers on the account.
I have been trying to report the issue to Paypal but there seem to be no way. I also tried closing down the account, still showing error.

What do I do?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear your account is experiencing unauthorized activity on your account. Have you tried reporting the activity through our Resolution Center yet?
