As a company we've been confused on why PayPal has completely taken away our ability to operate on the platform. They have cited that we have "Violated the User Agreement", but haven't told us how that's possible, even after we spent hours reading the User Agreement to see what we violated. We've submitted our Licenses, Government Forms, Certifications, Contracts, and every possible proof of our business being established with a long history of services for clients around the world, yet we're still unable to change our Limitation status. Keep in mind that we've even worked as a Developer on your platform for PayPal itself as a contributor, yet we no longer are allowed to use PayPal. Why have you done this to us, even if we've been established partners with PayPal for years now? Why has your customer service told us that they don't know why we've been kicked off of using PayPal services entirely? We've been told that they'll call us back with answers, yet nobody has for months now. The way that your company has treated us after such a long time of being in business together has been a nightmare. We deserve answers and an apology, because what you've done has destroyed any idea of us promoting and using PayPal for the foreseeable future.
