Is it possible to ask paypal to rereview a incident even its already done? I explained that the seller was trying to scam me but PayPal rejected my complaint. The seller was from MKassistant which is supposed to be a trading indicator . Which I proved that they are selling delayed indicators (from tradingview). Also not to mention that my purchase didn't even lasted a day. I went to PayPal for disputing ASAP because the seller sold me a flawed product and got rejected. I can even send the proof that they removed their service that they were promising a lifetime subscription. I know $110 USD isn't that much amount of money but still frustrates me on how can Paypal staffs let this kind of incident happen. I would appreciate answers that can help me through this. I would like to receive my money back but would be helpful to find a way also to ban this kind of sellers. Thank you

Item has to be 'significantly' other than as described for you to win that type of dispute.
For that reason most 'digital or virtual' sales are only covered for non receipt.
Paypal does not get involved in 'quality' of items sold.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
