DO NOT BUY FROM JIADI Co Limited. They do not supply goods ordered and do not refund. I placed on order for a table tennis set - retractable net, bat and balls in March. It was coming from China so I expected possible delay. After 2 months no goods and no communication. I followed up and they provided tracking information. When I checked this it said goods had been delivered a week earlier. When I sent query they said must have been incorrect tracking details. I think fake more likely. When I asked for delivery date they said due to current situation delivery may be delayed but await advice. Despite regular emails to them no delivery and no details. Just kept saying await shipping information. After 4 months I requested a refund. JIADI's own policy says if goods not received within 60 days a refund will be provided no questions asked. This is also Fake. They refused a refund and kept saying please await information. 6 months later - still nothing. Fortunately PayPal has agreed to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM JIADI

You are so very lucky Paypal got you a refund. They denied me!! They said that Jiadi had provided them with a shipping label, so the address they sent it to is correct. I ordered an item last April and to this very day, still have not gotten it. Their tracking info is completely insufficient! All it told me was the China Post had received it. Nothing more. In order for me to receive a refund, Paypal has told me to get something in writing from my post office saying that I did not receive the item. I asked Paypal if this item had to be signed for originally, but they refused to answer. How is the post office suppose to know if I received the item if no signature is required? They would simply put it in my mailbox. I doubt the post office here keeps track of every piece of mail/packs going out. Anyways, I read many comments about Jiadi's scams. I'm frustrated that Paypal enables this practice to continue with Jiadi

JIADI also provided me with tracking details that said the goods had been delivered. When I queried JIADI on this they replied "Sorry, the system matched the wrong order number, after checking that your order is still on the way. I will urge the logistic give me your tracking number." I suspect the tracking information was fake. Two months later and many many emails later still no goods and no new shipping or tracking details. Looking at all other reviews I think JIADI is a scam and just takes orders and money and has no intention of providing goods. I suggest keep pressing PayPal to refund as you have not recieved the goods. The shipping labels are fake just like mine. They just need to look at the number of complaints. JIADI cannot be trusted and they should not be dealing with them.

I ordered a pair of fashion trainer 28th April. I contacted them and received a reply saying posted. I raised a case with paypal on 10th July and it was resolved last week in the buyers favour as they said it was delivered. I have not received the items I paid for. What is the point of having the resolution center if they do not look into trends with certain merchants and complaints from buyer who either haven't received anything or received the wrong items worth significantly less than what was paid.

Hi there. I went through the same thing with this company. Said they posted it, but I never received it. The resolution centre denied my claim in favour of the merchant. I wrote a bad review of them on Paypal and also sent an email of protest to the contact centre, customer service AND the resolution centre. After about a month, Paypal actually called me to say they looked into the matter again, and refunded me my money. When they asked to see the shipping label Jiadi said they had, it said it was mailed to Canada, Canada. Paypal decided the shipping label was a fake. They also advised they would not be dealing with this merchant in the future. All I can suggest to you is, make a fuss, keep sending emails to their contact centre and customer service. There is no way Jiadi can prove they shipped the item and that you received it. After all, non of these items need a signature upon delivery, so there is no way they can say we get out items.

I purchased June 2020 two SpaceX dragons for my kids, as a memento for the Dragon space capsule that was launched.
I disputed the charges 2 days later, after realizing this company was a scam.
The resolution center declined my attempt as I did not give them enough time to respond???
One month later, I received an e-mail from Jiadi stating they shipped the item, but no tracking # provided.
It is now February 2021, I still don't have my dragons, and will ask PayPal to re-open the dispute as I think 6 months is long enough to wait.

I am surprised that Paypal is still dealing with this seller. They are total scam artists. I had to fight tooth and nail for many months in order to receive a refund. Someone at Paypal took the extra step and asked to see a shipping label. The shipping label was bogus and PP realized this. Keep at them and they may eventually give you a refund.
