Jiadi-Co. LTD are using a bait and switch scam by delivering a $2 pair of pruning shears instead of the $49 dollar battery operated power shears and using PayPal as their unwitting accomplice. Start the resolution process and continue to jump through hoops. You'll have to complete the process. It takes a while but once PayPal's fraud dept actually see what's going on they will resolve it. They have hundreds of these type of frauds to deal with so make noise and we'll be seen. Do a search for Jiadi in google and you'll see how the scam is moving around the world.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from what appeared to be different companies based in the UK over a 2 week period at the beginning of May. All the comments were really good so I ordered them. Obviously I sent emails asking where they were and the replies were identical showing the same long tracking number showing the shoes journey all over the world. Last email I sent told them what I thought about them and they didn’t reply. I have added a comment on Facebook warning people

I don’t believe it 1st pair arrived today and they were the correct ones. Wrong size but hey ho they arrived. They are the cheapest poorly made sandals I’ve ever seen, absolute crap.

After all the moaning all 3 pairs of sandals have now arrived they have taken almost 2 months to get here and the quality is very poor. I won’t be making the same mistake again. BTW 2 pairs arrived at the same time were ordered through different companies which proves that they are all under the JIADI umbrella

I paid for £29.99 for a monocular to attach to my phone, on 1st May 2020 and have had no response from Re: Jiadi-Co. LTD and not yet received the item. I have tried to log a complaint with PayPal, but have not yet able to Which annoys me more than not receiving the item, reading all these complaints I don’t think I will.

So having waited 2 months for PayPal to sort out this scam/sham of a company I checked my account yesterday because that was the date the review was supposed to be happening, only to find they have put it back yet another 6 days. This had been a recurring issue ever since making the original complaint. So I ask the question is "PayPal" now the issue? The company that promises to protect our purchases is complicit in allowing this con job to continue. There are hundreds of complaints & yet they continue to ignore us & let them trade. If PayPal is not fit for purpose then maybe trading standards need to investigate them? It's not rocket science, hundreds of complaints & claims, I personally have sent tangible evidence of the scam tracking numbers & the threat of phishing when you go on to the tracking details so I am sure I am not the only one. We all know our countries couriers do not recognise the tracking details, we know that in some cases when goods actually do arrive they break the code of conduct by not giving return details after sending out the completely wrong item. PayPal do your job !!!! If not why are we all using you?

We all face the same problem! How do we get past the lowest level of robots at Paypal in order to speak to someone with the authority to investigate this scam and put a stop to it! I don’t think that this is taking place without some collusion at some level on the part of a Paypal employee!! Short of. Placing a full page add in the Wall Street Journal, I don’t see any way to reach the upper eschelons at PayPal who could put an end to this blatant scam!!

I bought two items and paid $34.86 from them back in 01/28/2020, I never got it I involved PayPal then JIADI LTD provided a tracking number and saying it was delivered so PayPal close the dispute, when I checked the tracking number they put a wrong Zip code so I never got the package and they said they'll send a new one then my email was blocked and I can't do anything about it.

This is exactly what’s happening to me. They kept sending bogus tracking links and once I got PayPal involved they sent a link my plush seal had been delivered...but they used wrong zip code. I’m now waiting for PayPal’s response.
