I am still continuing to fight my corner, the case resulution delayed yet again. False tracking is not being picked up by PayPal & I have been asked to supply a letter from UK Post Office saying that they do not recognize the tracking. As if the post office would actually supply me with such a thing ??? The people dealing with these issues at Paypal are clueless to how individual countries postoffices work. I have sent links to PayPal asking them to read this forum together with the FB group "Jiadi.Co-LTD ripped me off" with over 700 complaints. Facebook have now taken several of their selling sites down. However I still can't get my head around the lack of care from PayPal who are obviously not fit for purpose. ... View more

So having waited 2 months for PayPal to sort out this scam/sham of a company I checked my account yesterday because that was the date the review was supposed to be happening, only to find they have put it back yet another 6 days. This had been a recurring issue ever since making the original complaint. So I ask the question is "PayPal" now the issue? The company that promises to protect our purchases is complicit in allowing this con job to continue. There are hundreds of complaints & yet they continue to ignore us & let them trade. If PayPal is not fit for purpose then maybe trading standards need to investigate them? It's not rocket science, hundreds of complaints & claims, I personally have sent tangible evidence of the scam tracking numbers & the threat of phishing when you go on to the tracking details so I am sure I am not the only one. We all know our countries couriers do not recognise the tracking details, we know that in some cases when goods actually do arrive they break the code of conduct by not giving return details after sending out the completely wrong item. Silly me, I ordered goods over two months ago from a Facebook add where the delivery time promised was 7 days. When the goods didn't arrive I tried to sign in but the selling site that I'd ordered from said it didn't recognise my login, so I couldn't track the order. There were several similar adverts for the same goods still on Facebook under different company names but not the one I'd ordered from. It was only when I reported it to Papal did I get the name Jiadi-Co.Ltd. They then sent me supposedly tracking details that are not recognised  by any British courier & I've been waiting for over 2 months for my goods & the date my resolution decision keeps being extended.   There is obviously an issue with the company so why is Paypal delaying a response? ...
