We all face the same problem! How do we get past the lowest level of robots at Paypal in order to speak to someone with the authority to investigate this scam and put a stop to it! I don’t think that this is taking place without some collusion at some level on the part of a Paypal employee!! Short of. The only solution you will get from the lower level Paypal robots, will be to send it back at a cost greater than its value!! Jiadi-co is a known scammer operating with the full knowledge of Paypal. All you can do is post your thoughts wherever you can on this forum and other internet sites with the hope that you will ultimately be heard by someone at PayPal with the interest and authority to correct this situation!! ... I am victim of same pruning shears scam! Paypal representatives offer no help other than telling me that I must return the item using DHL or UPS ($80.30 cost) in order to get the approved refund ($38.98)!! Impossible to get past lower level ofPaypal robots to speak to someone in authority! Jiadi has been sued over problems with a number of products it sells, yet Paypal continues to be complicit in their scheme. Very disappointed and will think twice before I use Paypal again!!! ...
