JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

They scammed me similar situation, by them sending some items worth pennies, electrical terminals but not the tools to crimp them 2 sets, after a ridiculous battle with PayPal I was told to send them back for a refund, they are on there way back on principle regardless of postage cost and I am still not expecting  a refund. But it has cost PayPal my business as I am buyer for a large plc and wouldn't have looked at other methods of payments, I did and once set up just as easy as paypal!

OMG I just realise me I bought off these scammers before.. must be for the SAME pile of **bleep**E!! I got a bit over excited about a video on Facebook with a girl with Afro hair getting it straightened and it being silky smooth. What I received was cheap **bleep** plastic with adaptors that were befitting for China. I ended up throwing them in the bin!

Obviously there is no ability to return... we are dealing with a company who fraudulently takes money and either doesn’t send merchandise or sends merchandise of a substandard quality. But is anyone offering solutions or just is everyone complaining about this company?

I am still on it, sent proof of posting tracking, 2 attempted deliverys , waiting for a phone number to pass on to dpd, ongoing chat with PayPal, keep adding to it to keep it going, dissing them on social media for siding with scammer, and not spent over £6 k this month used other means, 2.8% loss for them =£164 over a £38 scam.

I appear to have been one of the very few who have had a satisfactory resolution with PayPal but only after a real struggle. PayPal may not be involved directly with this bogus company, but I reckon they are so far into this scandalous fraud that it would cost them an absolute fortune to treat every customer fairly. They appear to have established a system of turning blind eyes to indisputable evidence and making their customers jump unsuccessfully through hoops. This will go on incessantly till the crime is exposed at a higher level than it is at present.

I got my refund today after returning the parts and dpd being unable to deliver, address is possibly made up and no phone number, £22.50 out of pocket for the postage but never about the money, I asked if PayPal would be blocking them and there aliases, possibly so. Cost them my business.
