Hi

I opened case for Laptop I purchased it from eBay, the laptop was received but it was not as described, I opened claim with PayPal to return item and get refund, I got email from PayPal saying that, the eBay accepted to full refund, and it need to return item back to the seller, and PayPal provided me address for return, I returned item via FedEx with tracking and I added the tracking on PayPal website, after few days the item delivered and signed by the same seller (his name mentioned in FedEx website), after few days, the PayPal close the case under this title "The case was closed in the seller’s favor as the seller’s listing accurately presented the item" !!!

Now I don't have refund, and I don't have item !

What to do now ?

Thanks

Do a credit card charge back because PayPal supports counterfeit items

Hi @KhaledKhudeer,

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive a refund after returning an item. I understand how frustrating and concerning this would be.

If PayPal requested that you send the item back for a full refund, you should receive your refund once the item is delivered. If you haven't done so already, you should be able to appeal the decision on the case within 10 days of the case closing. You can visit the Help Center to view steps on how to appeal a case. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I hope this helps!
