Item Not Delivered!

Hello My Friends.

Have Big trust problems - what to do... advice me.

I had 2 issue/problems. i Will describe:

1. issue

I bought High Performance Laptop and get usual one - different model and specifications which was 30-40% lower. I wrote to seller no answer.

after i write report to PayPal. I was ready to send laptop back. PayPal - No refund. I received different item and no refund? This cost me -650$.

2. Issue

I Bought Laptop But no delivery. Im using logistical company to deliver laptops to me. It`s warehouse is close where is laptop dealers. So delivery is directly to the warehouse and they know what is delivered and whats not. So no delivery.

I wrote to seller. The email on sellers webpage was mistaken and i cant reach it. So i went to PayPal. PayPal - No refund. This cost me -815$.

This corrupts my trust to PayPal. Always i was happy to have friend like PayPal, but now i loosing money, time and this for business is horrible.

If there is alternative give me note because i cant loose monthly 1400$!!! And the sellers which don't care about client walk with free money...

Also Forget to say. im Buying High performance laptops and reselling them.

Now im buying 6 -monthly. So im not so bad client for companies. But like this means a lot for business. This is like an fast knives in the back.
