Invoice removed due to fraud after payment

I made a purchase that never arrived. I tried to track it but paypal removed the invoice due to fraud. I now have no way to contact seller and need to get e refund.

When an invoice is paid a payment transaction listing is created in the Activity page.

Click that transaction. Then click “Report a problem”.
Then click Issues with your purchase and select:

  • I haven’t received the item or service
