Invested without proof of residence

So i do big mistake,i registered in to invest to crypto in website and i add money in balance then website say i have only 14 days to verify my proof of residence.I cant verify dont have documents to do this so i want refund my money from this bussines Libertex (Indication Investments Ltd) thank you !

If you're unable to transfer funds out of your account due to an active limitation, you would normally need to complete the steps listed in the Resolution Center to solve the limitation. If the steps listed are unable to be resolved, normally the limitation would remain on the account.
