I was given a permanent ban after registration and I can't log into my account

I hate PayPal, how could you create an app with so many bugs. Now I am writing from another account, because I can’t even log into my own, although I know both the password and the 2FA code. When I created an account that I can’t even log into now, I was immediately given a PERMANENT block, IMMEDIATELY AFTER REGISTRATION. I can’t find how to connect with the support, and I can’t even delete this account from which I am writing right now, because again some kind of mistake. PayPal experience 1 day)
