Permanently limited

Paypal has permanently limited my account and couldn’t get my 40,000 php back 😭 Is someone here had experience the same and was able to get their money? That money was for our baby needs and our basic needs 😭

i have the same problem right now would you able to contact someone from paypal? is there any ph numbers that i can call?
