I want to reverse old payment disputes with steam from 2015

My steam account got hacked years ago (2015) and had charges put on them and I disputed those charges, steam put that account on hold due to the disputes. Now I am looking to reverse these disputes and just give steam the money to unlock the account.

You may need to contact Steam and offer to pay again as you can't reverse a closed dispute decision after a refund was made.
