I need to block a person who is not on my contact list. He keeps sending me invoices.

Someone is constantly sending me invoices as EXPRESSVPN trying to scam me. How can I block that person? He is not on my contact list.

I am sorry to hear that someone is continuously sending money request and you want to block the user. I am afraid that the feature to block someone who sends money request is not available. Alternatively, you may cancel the fraudulent invoices by following these steps:

• Log into your PayPal account
• Navigate to "Activities" tab from the header options
• Locate the invoice and hit "Cancel"
