I am selling virtual items on platform which works something like eBay.
There are many sellers on platform, they list their items and customer can purchase such item. When customer does the payment, money stays on that platform on my balance (pending), and is being held for 3 days, to give customers time to file potential dispute. Basically a 3-days window of security.
Customers usually mark orders as received, so money is being let to my account and I can withdraw it.
Later when I withdraw the money, I receive payment from that very platform. Easy and simple, because at this stage it means orders were fulfilled and everyone is happy.
The problem is, paypal thinks that payments from this platform are purchases made by them, as if they are paying me for stuff, which I am sending to them, but in reality I am getting paid for fulfilled orders which were already marked on that Platform as orders received.
So I sell virtual items, and I get them in the game. There is no receipts for something like that. All I have is my profile on that Platform which states how many orders I fulfilled and that's pretty much it.
What am I supposed to give to paypal to lift the limits?
TL:DR Money I receive is me being paid from someone who doesn't want me to sent them anything, because they make money on my sales.
By the time I get transfer from them, customers have their items for at least few days already.
Paypal isn't designed for virtual items system and is asking me to provide documents for real-physical products purchases.
it's all chaotic but I hope you know what I mean. I guess I should just wait till paypal live chat guys are online and explain it to them?

PayPal has support for intangibles. Digital goods can have suppliers. The items have to come from somewhere. PayPal wants to understand your business model. Write a letter explaining why you do not have supplier receipts for the digital goods you are selling, pdf it and upload to that request.
Write another letter about why you do not have proof of fulfillment, and upload that to the request.
Beware that activities involving gaming requires pre-approval. Not sure exactly if selling items obtained from games falls under that policy.

Thank you, before you answered I did all of those things, wrote a letter explaining everything, so hopefully they will understand. Could give more screenshots of example of delivery but I was limited to 5 screenshots, so I just uploaded my seller profile and also list of transactions which has been marked as orders received.
Anyway, will see. Thanks for help!
