I received 2000$ from someone then he sent me the screen shot that he sent the money, went to check my paypal balance its 0$, then he said check your email, went to check my email and I received one email from paypal service, clicked on it and i received this:

why is the fee authentication needed?
When you receive payments from outside your country or region . There is a fee when you send a payment to someone in another country or if you receive a payment from someone in another country. The PayPal User Agreement has specific information.

Total Scam.
PayPal does not ask you to pay an ‘authentication’ fee to receive money.
Any PayPal fees are automatically deducted as funds are displayed/posted into your account.
You account balance shows zero so the person did not pay. Just delete the email. Do not click any links in it.
