I inserted account information in a wrong way and that causes that it has been limited... Solution

My account is limited because I added information within two countries, and I have to know about a suitable solution I've three different phone numbers : American, German and Qatari with a bank account for every number (my relatives' accounts) Actually, I'm using one of these numbers because I'm studying and working online in a blocked country. So, I created this paypal account using the same email address as in my business account to secure my rights as the business rules said, then I send my salaries to my friend's activated account. So, could this issue be solved if I changed my phone number with the suitable bank account ? (The owner of the number is the one who controls the account). Please, this is the first time joining paypal in order to use its wallet to reserve my rights, and I have no exact idea why my account is suddenly limited...

Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry to hear about the limitation.

 

When an account is limited, it is not possible to send money to another person. The limitation would have to be resolved, or you can ask a Customer Service representative to review the situation to see if it would be possible to initiate a refund to the sender(s) of the payments that you received to create the balance.

I'm sorry @Ashwani3  if I wrote a long question, but I'm here to find a solution.

I'm a new PayPal user and I've a temporary US address, but my uncle uses this address for his bank account. So, that's why my account has been restricted (as your topic link you sent).

Please, I don't know anything about bank accounts, and I have only 100$ in my balance, can I send my money to my relative's account then delete my account and create a new one with the same email address or what should I do ?
