Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry to hear about the limitation.
When an account is limited, it is not possible to send money to another person. The limitation would have to be resolved, or you can ask a Customer Service representative to review the situation to see if it would be possible to initiate a refund to the sender(s) of the payments that you received to create the balance.

I'm sorry @Ashwani3 if I wrote a long question, but I'm here to find a solution.
I'm a new PayPal user and I've a temporary US address, but my uncle uses this address for his bank account. So, that's why my account has been restricted (as your topic link you sent).
Please, I don't know anything about bank accounts, and I have only 100$ in my balance, can I send my money to my relative's account then delete my account and create a new one with the same email address or what should I do ?
