I paid someone 10.00 and 15.00 and was told that the product would be produced yesterday. Now the have me blocked from messaging them. Can I get my money back?
Sorry. If you paid by friends and family option, where there is no obligation to ship goods and considered a ‘gift’ payment, there is no refunds, PayPal can’t help you. Never use f&f for buying goods.
