I don’t have the option to appeal?

I cannot see any button to appeal a case on my screen.

Check your automatic payments list for the merchant. If they are listed, that’s probably why your unauthorized claim was denied due to billing agreement so your case was closed by bot.

 

Call customer services and ask them to reopen the case calling for deeper investigation.
