Hello, I am having an issue trying to claim 'return shipping on us', basically the option is not there. I have messaged customer service who don't seem to understand the issue, they just keep sending the same instructions telling me I haven't registered, but I have. I purchased an item from the Royal Mail shop, they are collectors stamps, not the normal first / second class. I have returned them back to the Royal Mail & all I want to do is claim my return shipping. This will be the second claim this year using the return shipping on us. I'd be grateful for any advice. Thank you.
