How to delete an unsolicited invoice

I received 2 unsolicited invoices in my PayPal account from a person named Ashwani [removed] to use PayPal to purchase cryptocurrency. This is appears to be a fraud scheme. How do I report it? And how do I delete these invoices?

I also have this issue; can't find the bill on my account when I log in using my laptop browser. --

correction: I found the bill in All Transactions, and cancelled it. Then I archived it. It is still appearing on the app.

Perhaps it will disappear in the future.
