How do we solve account limitations? Our Account limited permanently

As a Black owned non profit Paypal sent us a message saying they dont want to do business with us. How do we overcome biasness and racism in Pay Pal?

Arbitrary account limitations on Pay Pal hurting small non profits.

It’s not racism. People of all nationalities, countries, various types of businesses/organizations, account types (business or personal), economic levels, well knowns and unknowns have gotten permanently limited.
