How do i provide Additional Evidence Now case is in Review

I recently had a customer try a refund scam and I communicated politely and correctly as one should.

 

However the customer just wanted to refund scam. I eventually after communicating on paypal found our initial Communications on Facebook and so i tried to contact the customer because he stated in his PayPal appeal that he has been trying to contact me, which obviously as the evidence i now have proves. is not the case and the customer made NO attempts to communicate, and now simply ignores me.

 

Therefore his claim that he has tried to communicate is invalid. Also the product sold was Software, Software that I paid for with my own funds.

And so a refund would be impossible now the customer has the product and has licensed it ect. Which is also included in the further evidence i need to provide.

 

However now the case is in REVIEW i cannot add or message any further details. Even though the option to message and add images is there, every time i try it just refreshes and does not display the New evidence.

 

So my question is , HOW do i now provide Vital Evidence to the case.. And Why is the ability still there but not working.

Unfortunately your copy & Paste reply just sends me round in circles.

 

Eventually i got to add further evidence as the customer escalated the case, However i am now back to this same question for a second time as i want to again Provide further evidence and cannot. Again the option is their. I Upload it, and it does not show.

 

I will say that my initial question now has an answer.

 

Although the messages where not showing up. there where being added to the database. so there is 6 of the same message in the message results and i can now see them but only because the customer escalated the case.

 

Unfortunately simple issues like this are simply overlooked and never addressed by webmasters.
