How do i get my funds?

Paypal have permanently limited my account. I have recently lost my job and have had no income for over 4 weeks. My bank account is negative so I sold something on Gumtree then I saw there was a hold on the funds. I messaged buyer asking if I can refund the money because I had not even spare change for postage and she said no then disputed it! I also sold another thing yesterday but funds were transferred outside of buyers protection, I've posted both items and uploaded tracking details now I can't get any of my funds and this was needed for petrol to start my new job Tuesday and now I have no way there 😒

Welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm so sorry to hear about your current employment status as well as your PayPal account status. I can certainly understand how concerning this must be. If you shipped both items you've sold and have the tracking information for them, you may want to add that information to the transaction details as well as the dispute / claim details if applicable. 

From there, if the case(s) are decided in your favor, any available funds after that are normally made available after 180 days due to the permanent limitation being placed. While a permanent limitation is normally not something that can be removed or appealed, our Customer Support teams are happy to discuss any details available with you that they can discuss.
