I need to dispute a transaction that happened just prior to being locked out of my account a year ago and I just was able to access the account to do the dispute

Buyers have 180 days from date of payment to file a dispute. If you paid by credit card, that might be another avenue to explore if you’re beyond the 180 day limit.
