Hi comunity! My PayPal account is blocked for unknown reason! What to do?

I am new to PayPal and someone from my city helped me create my PayPal account. And I literally don't have any idea how PayPal works? The problem is I am from Ghana and PayPal has blocked my account. Can anyone tell why this happened. The account was created yesterday.

Paypal is not available or supported in Ghana and you can't use another countries paypal account as it against paypal rules.

You are trying to use a paypal account registered in Lesotho which will never work for you in Ghana.

PayPal services are not available in Ghana. If you live in Ghana, you cannot open a PayPal account in Lesotho or anywhere else at all so the account would be banned/blocked.
