Herbalife Email with PayPal payment is it a scam?

I received fraudulant Herbalife Email. What happens if I pressed the scam 'Cancel' button?

Don’t press anything on an email. Just log on to your PayPal account to check for any strange transactions. If you don’t see none, just delete the email or forward it to the email address for phishing listed here:
