I had a fraudulent transaction worth 246 occur on my PayPal. The money was taken from my bank card linked to my account which I’ve since cancelled and removed. The transaction was for Facebook ads. Facebook have suspended my account. PayPal are saying I did authorise this but I DID NOT ! Has anyone had this happen and they get their money back ??,???

Unauthorized activity means someone breached your PayPal account to do something.
Facebook ad purchases are done in association with a billing agreement, and when a billing agreement is involved, they typically aren’t considered unauthorized and if PayPal couldn’t find any glaring irregular activity in your login and payment history. That is not to say that there wasn’t a vulnerability or compromise somewhere that is less obvious.
