False permanent limitation

My account was falsely limited permanently for going against the user agreement when I didn't, and now I can't use PayPal anymore, as well as my ID and card for another account. I don't have a phone to call PayPal either to resolve it, and the chat only lets me speak to a bot, and doesn't let me go further with the limitation because I can't use their service anymore because of it. I need a way to fix this ASAP.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Yeah, I sent them a message on Facebook, and they ended up essentially saying that they had a reason to permanently limit my account, but they won't tell me why, and I pretty much can't do anything about it.

Hi @NurdAlert,

Welcome to the PayPal Community, and thank you @kernowlass for the information!

I am sorry to hear your account has been permanently limited. I know this must be frustrating. Please be assured that we do not take the decision to permanently limit an account lightly.

When a permanent limitation is placed, we are not obliged to explain the reason. You would need to use an alternative payment provider going forward to process online transactions.

Thank you for your understanding!
