Easy Ticketing has cancelled a concert, originally scheduled for February 2021, then rescheduled for March 2022. I paid by Pay Pal but the resolution centre states I can apply for a refund within 180 days of purchase but it’s been nearly 2 years since the original purchase date. What can I do please?

I did get a refund in the end, along with an email from PayPal and a follow up from the Ombudsman - if you didn't get one then might be worth a try as long as the merchant is listed as EasyTicketing, they may well just approve it?

yeah, it's listed the same - I've reopened the dispute with PP in the hopes it'll get added to the list. Can I ask how long ago you received it?
