If they are not insolvent then it must be up to the company to refund us. Under their own T&Cs it states they won’t give a refund unless the gig is cancelled. As they have cancelled, then I would think they would have to pay. It sounds more and more dodgy by the day. ... View more

I did that with my tickets that I paid for directly with my credit card. I had a few concerts booked. The tickets that I paid through PayPal were only £55, and I know when Thomas Cook went under, the bank wouldn’t do anything if paid through PayPal.
