Bought a top from them. What arrived bore no resemblance to what was ordered. From the £11.85 spent they’ve fobbed me off with a £1.51 refund.

No goods (shoes) received from Joymoly after 4 weeks and no response to emails, so contacted CHICV INT via PayPal disputes they came back with reply after reply advising it was their peak season blah blah and items were out of stock, after 3 weeks I escalated disputed to Claims, PayPal agreed the claim was in my favour and refunded me the full amount, except for the CC foreign fee charges.

Paypal and Paypal credit should not longer do business with Chicv Holdings International. They are proven scam artists. Please look at the entries here on the Community page. PayPal, please step up and refuse to work with them! You are better than this!!

If not sure, a good way is to check whois.com to see who owns the domain, a lot of the advertisement on Facebook is done by them under different names, but when checking whois.com who owns the domain it all points back to CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED.so be careful before ordering.

another resource is the better business bureau - google how to file a complaint against Paypal...  the BBB puts the complaints right up there for all to see, so it serves as a public platform for consumers to use in filing their complaints outside of Paypal's labyrinthine "dispute" process.

there is also an "e" consumer government site...

also check out Paypal's wikipedia page - gives you an indication of their embattled legal history particularly as relates to defrauding/withholding $$ from their customers.  Welcome to the dark side.  😕

Paypal also doesn't seem to appreciate the negative input on their facebook page either- they will try to sideline you with a request for a "private message" with their auto-bot; I eventually got a live person but then that also went nowhere.  Supposedly my claim has been bumped to a security specialist but haven't heard from said specialist in three days.  So must not be very special.  It's all just a game to them, I'm sure all Paypal quarters are fully aware of scam.

All I can add is ME TOO! I’ve posted on Facebook about this scam and asked friends to share and not be deceived by the pretty pictures. Also reported to Facebook as a fraud. If someone out there is good at making a video, modeling some of these fine designer clothing, comparing the site models to what we got, it would be sadly hilarious. And post on YouTube , Facebook etc.

DO NOT buy anything from this place, wherever it is. They are committing fraud by taking money but, not sending the order. I placed an order on March 20th it is now June 10th and I still don’t have the items I ordered. I have asked for a refund but, the company has so far refused! I paid $140.00 for nothing!

HI, I started this thread on Chicv for the same issue I received a partial order and it wasn't what I ordered and I can't get my money back either. How do we stop this company!!! They are under numerous other names also!

I won’t let this issue go!! This is just ridiculous!! When you read the complaints here, this operation/scam needs to be shut down!! I’m very tenacious and, will follow through...not just for me but, for everyone before and the unsuspecting buyers to come!!
