Digital card locked after I removed an invalid/inaccessible phone number.

PayPal is saying there's an issue with my account after I attempted to remove a phone number I have no access to anymore, when asked to send a verification code to said number. I'm unable to use my digital card or set a pin as a result.

Normally, if you're unable to complete the steps listed in your Resolution Center, your account's functionality would remain limited. However, you may still want to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see what options may potentially be available to you.
