Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear your friend hasn't received both of their digital codes. Sometimes these transactions can take up to 24 hours to complete. If they have waited over 24 hours and still haven't received an email from us, please have your friend check your spam/junk folder first before contacting our Support teams. They can be reached by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
