Different device shown by log in

Every time l log in,it is showing me a device in Düsseldorf! A different device and l am not even near Düsseldorf.. l changed my password,but it is still showing! Is someone trying to hack my account? Thank you in advance

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you have unrecognized login activity on your account, I can understand how concerning that must be. Normally, if you see any unauthorized activity on your account, we would ask you to report it through our Resolution Center as well as updating your password and security questions. If you run into any speed-bumps along the way, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
