I purchased an item from this company that never was delivered to my mail box. This company provide a tracking number to Pay Pal saying that the product was delivered. I never received any email from this company providing me the tracking number. Pay Pal closed the case in favor of the company that provided a false information. I’m a long time Pay Pal customer and I have no reason for lie about this matter. Never buy anything from Danceage. They announce in Facebook, be careful with their fake adds.

I'm sorry this happened to you  too. You can appeal the decision. I'm assuming they sent Paypal some bogus tracking information. Reach out to USPS and get additional details on the tracking number. They can provide you with the actual street name  for the delivery. It likely will not match yours and then you can use that to dispute the transaction with Paypal.

First, I called Paypal and got the tracking number, opened a service request with USPS, and then sent the additional info USPS provided to Paypal. They finally refunded my money with that.

I also asked Paypal if there was anything formal that I could do to request that they stop working with this "company" and they told me no. They said that they have folks that monitor these transactions and if they are seeing a trend/enough people complain then they will stop, but obviously they haven't done it yet. So stupid!

Thank you. Unfortunately I never received a tracking # from PayPal or Danceage Network. I tried to call PayPal several times with no luck and ended up messaging them on FB. We will see if a specialist ever contacts as promised. Until I have some sort of tracking I can't even contact USPS. I sent several emails before I even filed a dispute with every reason why they couldn't provide tracking.

Complete scam! Purchased my item 18/07/2021, and only received it today 16/09/2021! When I got the item it was similar to the pictures but completely off and obviously fake. Found out later the original creator of the item is on Etsy with customers displaying their item in the comment section. It appears this company steals the photos to sell on their site, then send you a fake version of it. Will not bother going through a refund, so what? To spend more money to ship it back, wait for the delivery (if they say it has) and not get my money back in the end? I'm sure PayPal will side with the seller in the end. Not going through the headache, just learn your lesson leave a bad review and don't never shop there again.

I wouldn't give up and let the scams win, only encourages them to continue scamming.

Open a dispute for item received but not as described > put in as much info as you can before you escalate to a claim (make sure you have contacted the seller first and allowed time for a reply before escalating.

If paypal tell you to return it for a refund then PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICES > EXPLAIN THE SCAM SITE and they may issue a refund without a return BUT if they do say you have to return and give you a return address then make sure you have activated the below link.

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns HOWEVER make sure its your countries link as that is the U.S one.

Pretty sure I've figured out how they provide the false tracking information. Many stores offer a parcel collection service.

So what they do is send a package to a local store that matches your postal town. They then have a tracking number that confirms delivery to your town. Since all they need to do is send an empty letter this is much cheaper than sending the real item, the tracking info also wont give you the address it was actually sent to. I worked this out because theres a store near me and it matches the GPS coordinates given on the tracking info. At least my guess is its gone there, they might have just sent it to a random house in the area. As long as they actually send something theres a tracking number.

They kept sending me tracking numbers saying the item was shipped from US but when I opened the paypal case they gave a tracking number that says the item was sent from china.

After looking into it more the item I ordered from them does not exist yet, its a kickstarter thats not due to ship until 2022.
