Danceage Network Limited is a Scam

I purchased an item from this company that never was delivered to my mail box. This company provide a tracking number to Pay Pal saying that the product was delivered. I never received any email from this company providing me the tracking number. Pay Pal closed the case in favor of the company that provided a false information. I’m a long time Pay Pal customer and I have no reason for lie about this matter. Never buy anything from Danceage. They announce in Facebook, be careful with their fake adds.

This exact thing just happened to me. The shipping information was vague and had no address just my city location. Its absolutely infuriating!

Unfortunately, I got scammed, too. They used pictures taken from an Instagram account (the person who really created the items... I just found out too late) and sent me really bad replica of the items I actually purchased. It was really bad. This is a scam and fake shop. I hope PayPal remove their account one day so that others will not fall for them again. Cheers.

This has happened to me and I’m so cross about it. I’ve used PayPal for years without issue.  It appears they do not investigate despite multiple complaints regarding the same company. I feel so disappointed and let down and will now certainly resist using PayPal again, as it appears there is no benefit in doing so. A lesson too, not to purchase anything from China, especially when advertised on Facebook; they too have no regard for their members and consistently allow these scams to repeatedly advertise  over and over again.

Oh no I fear that I too have been scammed. I ordered a hair brush after seeing an advert on Facebook. It was £23 is total. This was on 19th Jan and I’ve heard nothing from them since. I sent a message on 6th Feb and they haven’t gotten back to me. I have just opened a PayPal dispute as I always thought I was covered by PayPal and that it was a safe way to shop ☹️

Haha, I hope one day PayPal cares. I created a dispute because the products were fake. PayPal ensured me that the seller was okay with a return - as if it was a legit transaction here... but I did send it back, which is ridiculously expensive but I felt like it. Then PayPal closed the case because the package got lost. Now I hope to get the money back from the carrier for the lost package. It never gets boring! 🙂

Ok. So I got with the post office and apparently they have an entire scam investigation going with Paypal and foreign vendors.  When they pull up pictures of the package associated with the tracking number you've been given, the one Paypal uses to verify your delivery, it will show that it is a package delivered to someone else at another address in your zipcode.  If you file a report with the post office, online, they will give you the paperwork you need to complain to Paypay.

If however you used Paypal Credit that is through Syncrony Bank and they are not digging what's been going on.  They will credit you immediately and then take it up with Paypal later.  Cal[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]to talk to someone.  They are aware of the scam with the post office and are not liking what's going on.

I hope this helps someone else.  I'm getting my money back and Paypal can explain to Syncrony why they are eating it.

Update; so last minute this company replied to PayPal with a “tracking” number for my package. When I put the number in it said that the package was delivered on 2nd Feb by Royal Mail. I called Royal Mail who confirmed that the tracking number they had given relates to a package which was delivered in a different area, not my address! I called up PayPal and explained that although This company have provided proof that a package has been delivered that I didn’t want the case to be closed as Royal Mail have confirmed it wasn’t to my address. PayPal said they would contact Royal Mail. I have since had an email from PayPal saying that they have refunded my money! Persevere guys, I hope you all manage to sort out your issues.

I paid with Paypal Credit, and Syncrony Bank is the backer for that. I called the Paypal credit customer service number and spoke to someone who is aware of the scam and when I started talking "mail fraud" and that I had opened an investigation with the USPS they immediately refunded my money and said that they would take it up with Paypal. I am deleting my banking info from Paypal.  You should call and speak to someone, they are aware of the scam. Mention that the USPS has already opened an investigation that they are calling "Paypal non-delivery scam".  Maybe that will get something moving for you.

I recieved my merchandise from Danceage, two months after I ordered it.  The ceramic planter was packaged in a thin cardboard box with some styrofoam pieces taped on two of the ends.  Of course it arrived broken.  Their return policy requires you to return the merchandise to China.  That will cost more than you paid for the original order.  After submitting a complaint through Paypal, I was offered $7, then $10 and finally half of the purchase price for my item.  Who knew they would negotiate?  Half of the purchase price was the best they would refund me.  Many of these companies hide the countryy of origin.  You don't realize you have made a purchase that is coming from China, until after the order is made.  Do a little research before your order.  Definitely don't trust Danceage Network.

I had a similar experience with Danceage Network. I bought a “fused glass suncatcher ornament” which was a moulded plastic piece of rubbish. After much negotiating - with offers similar to yours - I got an undertaking from Danceage for a full refund if I returned the goods. I’ve sent it back, it’s still in transit, so we will see if I get my $42 US refunded.
