Hello, This company is a scam. Their advertising of a product is not what they ship. Their Halloween Skelton Horse and Rider was advertised to be 7 foot and pictured in a yard but the actual item is 7” piece of junk model. $55 was spend and wasted. Buyer beware! This company needs blocked by PayPal and they are being turned over for fraudulent activity.

Always to a web search on the site name to see if there’s any scam reports or reviews results. Even if you find nothing, keep movin’. I searched for the site in question and sure enough there were results of bad reviews, scram reports sites, and legit or scam pages.

Open a significantly not as described dispute, but you’ll have to return for a refund so instead, you’ll have to chargeback through your card issuer if you paid with card.
