Confusing double charge

I recently bought a item using PayPal, I check my bank account only to see PayPal charged me twice for one order. I don’t know what to do because the PayPal history says I was charged once.

I am sorry to know that you have been charged twice on your bank account. If there were 2 charges on your PayPal account, you could have filed a dispute on one of the transactions so that our concern would have been investigated and helped you further. Since you've been charged twice on your bank account, please reach out to your financial institution for more information about the transactions.
