Canadian buyer requesting local delivery to US address?

We have a buyer that lives in Canada (credit card registered to a Canadian address). He wants his item delivered to a Utah address. We live 20 minutes away so he wants local delivery. We understand to be protected as the seller, the deliver address on the payment has to match where we drop the item off at. He says he can’t change the address to a U.S. address. Any advice?

I understand you have concerns about local delivery. If the buyer sends the payment as a Goods & Services transaction, they will have the option to add a different shipping address. To be covered under Seller Protection, we recommend shipping to this address even though it's local. Items that are delivered in person do not qualify for Seller Protection.
