Can't send or receive money.

I am not able to make or receive payment even after using a payments bank account that is linked with PAN card. Please tell me some things I can do.

Welcome! Thank you for visiting the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues sending and receiving money. I can understand it must be a bit frustrating. Thank you for letting us know you've already linked your bank account and PAN card. Have you checked your Resolution Center for any other steps that require some attention? 

 

If you don't see anything there, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
