Can't open Case ID in Resolution Center

Hi,
I can't open Cases in Resolution Center, I've been getting the following error for 2 weeks.
"Let's try that again
Looks like something went wrong on our end."
How can I know what is going on? Been sending emails but no responses in +48hs.
Anyone experiencing the same?
