Since previous question wasn't resolved I'll try again. I'm always sent to the search box to put in name or email. Tried putting in everything I could think of but no transaction is ever found. Tried the "bought as guest" link but you're forced to sign in anyway to continue which leads back to original problem. Need this fixed as I'm disabled and it was the last of my money for a scooter so someone please help.

You generally don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Well that's just wrong. Having a Paypal receipt should be enough to get protection whether guest or not, and since seller's email and phone have been shut off I'd be surprised if he could be contacted by PayPal. Anyway, I'll try your suggestions. Thanks for the help. Edit: Tried to give Kudo but won't let me do that either.
